Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is strict and binding. By using the PanKaro service, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

No Refund Policy: Once a PAN application is submitted or processing has started,
no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Government Charges: Out of the total amount paid by the user,
₹107 is a mandatory government fee charged by the Income Tax Department / NSDL / UTIITSL.
This government charge is non-refundable in all cases, including rejection or cancellation.

Service Charges: The remaining amount covers service, processing, technology,
and support costs. These charges are also non-refundable once the application is initiated.

Rejection Cases: If the PAN application is rejected due to incorrect details,
invalid documents, or user error, no refund will be issued.

Duplicate Applications: Submitting multiple or duplicate applications is the
user’s responsibility and does not qualify for any refund.

Payment Failures: Only in cases where the payment is debited but the transaction
fails at the payment gateway level, refunds (if any) will be processed strictly as per
the payment gateway or bank rules and timelines.

Final Authority: PanKaro acts only as a service facilitator.
All decisions regarding refunds, approvals, or rejections by government authorities
are outside our control.
